The Perth Chinese Christian Church was started by a group of overseas Chinese migrants in 1978 in Doubleview located to the north of Perth City. It then started a church plant  in the south in November 1991 by first using the St. Luke Lutheran Church as its place of worship. Thereafter, PCCC acquired a piece of land adjacent to St. Luke and built our own sanctuary. The PCCC Parkwood commenced worship service in 2007 with two congregations, namely, the Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) and English-speaking congregations.
